How to Make the Perfect Cup of Instant Coffee at Home

Most people make instant coffee wrong.

They pour boiling water directly on the coffee, stir
once, and wonder why it tastes bitter or flat.

The truth is — even instant coffee deserves respect.
Especially when it's 100% Pure Arabica.

Here is how we make the perfect cup at Roam N Brew.

Step 1 — Choose the Right Water Temperature

Never use boiling water. The ideal temperature is
90 to 95 degrees Celsius. Boiling water (100°C)
burns the coffee and destroys the aroma.

Tip: Boil the water, then wait 30 seconds before
pouring.

Step 2 — Use the Right Amount of Coffee

For a standard cup (180ml):
- Mild — 1 teaspoon (1.5g)
- Regular — 1.5 teaspoons (2g)
- Strong — 2 teaspoons (2.5g)

Roam N Brew Gold is bold — start with 1.5 teaspoons
and adjust to your taste.

Step 3 — Add Coffee First, Then Water

Always add coffee to the cup first. Then pour hot
water slowly. This allows the coffee to bloom and
release its full aroma.

Step 4 — Stir Gently

Stir slowly for 10 seconds. Do not over-stir — it
breaks down the crema and reduces the aroma.

Step 5 — Enjoy It Right

Drink it fresh. Instant coffee is best enjoyed
within 5 minutes of brewing.

The Roam N Brew Gold Difference

Most instant coffees contain chicory — a plant root
used to cut costs. Chicory adds bitterness and masks
the true flavor of coffee.

Roam N Brew Gold is 100% Pure Arabica — no chicory,
no additives, no compromise. Every step above works
better because the coffee itself is pure.

Try it. Taste the difference. ♛
